Our Most Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Size of the Space Matter?
- We can design any sized space. However, if the space is small, we won’t be able to fit certain products like a slide.
- For Full Service designs, we only take on projects that are full playroom installations. So as long as there is room for a physical play zone, and a few other zones, you’re good to go!
What if My Kids are a Little Older, Like 12-15?
We love designing tween / teen spaces! Our SP team will design the space to focus on lounging, socializing, homework, working out, games, etc.
For E-designs, How Do You Customize the Space if You’ve Never Been There?
- You will send us photos and measurements of the space, and fill out a detailed questionnaire that will ask you about your children, your esthetic/style, and your hopes and goals for the space.
- We use all that information to design your space custom to your needs and wants.
