Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Holidays and peak sales periods may affect your shipping time frame. Please note: Products from our special collections are processed within 2 hours after ordering and can therefore not be canceled. (Figgy Play, Piccalio, & Neon Signs)
All of our items are made specially for you and are therefore NOT RETURNABLE
In the rare occasion that an item arrives damaged or that you received the wrong item, please take photos within 24 hours of delivery and email them to info@projectplayroom.com and we will be happy to assist you!
MONKEY BARS INTERNATIONALLY
Monkey bars orders that are shipped internationally cannot be exchanged or returned even if they arrive damaged. Customs often opens parcels and doesn’t always repack them with appropriate cushioning which can result in the bars rubbing against each other in transit, causing damage.
